After sending us pictures of his hands, Peggie performs her magic and provides a detailed report on Michael’s perfect people. Once I get my paws on Peggie’s report, I then compile my recommendations.
Peggie’s Reading
Michael! Your hands are busily telling me several stories so I decided to take a little extra time and reflect on the message that can benefit you and your business best. It’s always a little different providing a reading like this for someone you “know of” as opposed to someone who is a total and complete stranger.
Knowing of Remarkablogger, I may be (I was) tempted to mold the information in your hands into a primer for that site. But the truth is, I’m just going to lay it out there – your hands indicate that it’s time to form a deeper, more personal connection to your perfect people. Not being a prognosticator I really have no idea if this reveals itself as a completely new “thing” or if it is an offshoot of what you’re already doing.
So now I’ll get to the point (you like that with your straight and short head line).
You have been “thinking focused” for a long time now (quite possibly your entire life). That’s illuminated by the faint heart line you have on both hands. Your heart line is the line that runs from under you pinky across your palm toward the thumb side of the palm.
Your heart line however is VERY long and straight (even though it’s hard to see). This tells me you’re a guy who likes to “think, think, think about feelings, feelings, feelings.”
That’s not to say you don’t have feelings, it just means you’d rather ponder them from a philosophic point of view rather than jump into the game of deep emotion. In fact you can put your feelings to work for you quite well. The ability to empathize and create solutions to people’s emotional hurdles is an innate gift you have. The challenge is, you may be hesitant to speak to ANY emotional buttons. Your Perfect People up until now haven’t wanted to immerse themselves in feelings at all.
Now they’re changing a bit.
They still don’t want to know your intimate stories or TMI – but they are eager to know a bit more “about” you. Let the heart in to draw in those thinkers who are ALSO emotional. Your perfect people may actually be a bit reluctant to share their biggest pains and fears with you for fear of seeming “needy or clingy.” Even though they do need you to help them through their pain points. Even Spock had pain points!
Your perfect people are quick thinkers. They don’t necessarily need the entire manual, they want the one, precise key to fixing what’s broken or creating what they’re dreaming of. They are the epitome of “just the facts” folks. They have a pithy sense of humor and they hate being accused of being unfeeling – even though they would avoid deep emotional displays. They know (as you do) that you can have deep, meaningful relationships without being “mushy.”
You have a freckle on your right hand, below your heart line and above the area of your head line.
This means you have some “stuff” you may be holding onto about deep emotion, trust and even intimacy. It indicates that you have spent a great deal of time figuring out how to create relationships without actually being fully YOU in the process.
Now, my logical head line says “BRILLIANT! He’s cracked the code on being ‘authentic’ on line without having to live, breathe and sleep this stuff – without having to have crazy, whacked out fans storming his front porch in the middle of the night to sing him love songs!”
Rock on.
Yet, your Perfect People are ready to go to the next level with you. (sounds a tad titillating, eh?) They want more of YOU.
It’s up to you to determine what level of you-ness you’re willing to share, but opening up a more intimate connection (maybe for an private small group) would give your most perfect people exactly what they want (they think it’s a look into your inner mind, but really they are chomping for more of what makes Michael tick) without overtaxing your need for a level of privacy.
One other thing – -your perfect people consider themselves to be highly “in tune” with what their people want – they may call this intuition or gut instinct – but they follow it and they intuitive know you have that ability too. That’s why they’ve come to you in the first place.
They are leaders/bosses/managers and their businesses cater to people in positions of power. Your people are NOT hobbyists – and while money is one measurement for them they are really motivated by the idea/process of empowering others to step into their strengths.
So here’s a recap:

1) Want more of YOU
2) Think fast and want just the facts
3) Are leaders and work with leaders
4) Are easily distracted, yet are quick to trust their gut to get back on track
5) Are motivated by the idea of empowering others and
6) Are motivated by earning what they are worth – right pay for right work.
I think as an addition/expansion – creating a way for your most Perfect People to get “more” of you – from an “insiders” perspective is the next iteration for you!
Jenny’s Recommendations
Michael is already intimately aware of who his perfect people are (or, using his words, his ideal clients). This is evidenced by Remarkablogger’s long-standing success in the world of business blogging. That said, the market is changing his people might very well be craving more of Michael’s special spice.
What I would advise based on Peggie’s reading is that Michael begin to reinforce his persona and bring it more to the forefront. Of course, I have some specific ideas but those recommendations would be for his eyes only. Top sekret, you know.
Remarkablogger is loved for being the go-to site for solid, dependable information that’s usually two steps ahead of the rest. But today most people, even big thinkers, are getting a little more touchy feely. (I consider this an advancement in consumer IQ, actually.) I can see how they’d be making grabby hands at the man behind the blog.
There are elements to the reading which may also suggest it’s time to expand his business by working on new projects. Ideally, these new projects would introduce his perfect people to different facets of Michael’s personality and knowledge base.
In short, if his perfect people are ready to take this to the next level, best to strike while the iron’s hot!
